We are Polly and James – together we are Phoenix Wood Fired Pizza! Tired of the stresses of the office and the daily commute we decided to bite the bullet and work for ourselves. We have a passion for cooking, have been on numerous cookery courses and love to create tasty meals for guests so we decided to take it one step further and make it our business.
We have had specialised training in Naples Italy – the home of the Neapolitan Pizza – where we learnt the tricks of the trade to prove the very best home made dough for our pizza bases.
At home we have been concentrating on developing the very best pizza recipes using a traditional wood fired oven. Our oven is mobile and our setup is professional, clean and compact. Our ethos is to provide exceptional tasting wood fired pizza made with top quality ingredients, served with top quality customer service.
