Phoenix Wood Fired Pizza COVID-19 Update
As a local mobile catering business we care about our customers and employees in specific regard to the risks of Coronavirus and we are constantly monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak.
We would like to take this opportunity to share some information, processes and general thoughts about how we can best protect you and ourselves whilst continuing to provide top quality delicious pizza for you.
We carry a Level 5 Food Hygiene certificate for which we have undergone rigorous inspections by the Food Standards Agency both in our home (where we prepare your food) and at our mobile locations where we cook. We undertake continual cleansing of all of our equipment and surfaces with disinfectant anti-bacterial products.
We are both fit and well. Should this change we will ‘self-isolate’ until the suspected risk has passed.
In the meantime using us for your weekly treat could be the safest option for food to be eaten out of the home. When your pizzas are cooked they are subjected to a massive 430+ degrees in our amazing wood fired oven. Payment will now be taken over the phone at the time of order. We operate in the open fresh air and contact with other members of the public is minimal.
